There is a nonrefundable application fee of $200 per applicant. This goes towards the cost of the criminal and credit background checks we run for every applicant.
Pets are welcome at The Pearl! There are no breed or weight restrictions. Pet fees include a one-time nonrefundable deposit of $375 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.
Move-in costs include a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. This deposit is refundable at the end of the lease term. Move-in fees also include a prorated amount for first month’s rent depending on the lease start date.
All utilities aside from electricity and internet are included in the rent. Electricity is sub metered independently through AEP. Internet is provided by Lakeland Internet with plans starting at $55 per month.
Each unit is allowed one parking spot in our resident only parking garage. The garage parking spots are $100 per month. Additional parking is available in a surface lot to the west of the building. Guest parking is available in the surface lot to the west of the building. There are also 40 metered spots around the building. The STAR parking garage has public parking for covered options if needed.
The Pearl offers 12-month lease terms.
Yes! Both Crescendo Coffee & Café and Amoré: Italian, Steak, Seafood are located at The Pearl, with Ducky’s at The Pearl set to open soon. Crescendo Coffee & Café is accessible to residents of The Pearl via the main lobby.
Yes! We’ve partnered with several local vendors and businesses to offer special discounts and savings only available to residents of The Pearl.
